Responsibilities
-
Provide on-site Technical support and maintenance services to mission critical enterprise systems.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issues at the infrastructure layers.

Setup, Implementation, Performance tuning and Maintenance System Software such as Operating system,Database server, Application server.
-
Ensures high availability and acceptable levels of performance of mission critical host computer resources.
-
Creates and maintains appropriate system documentation.
-
Work closely with the team to ensure timely completion of client deliverables.
Qualification
-
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related fields.

Age not over 30 years
-
Experience in Linux will be an advantage.
-
Knowledge of CMM, UML and RUP will be an advantage.
-
Good in written and spoken English.
-
Strong leadership qualities with business sense and managerial experience.
-
Ability to work creatively and analytically in both technical and business issues.
